Job responsibilities

Duty 1 Responsible for the abnormal statistics and tracking, organize the handling and tracking of quality accidents, and organize the management of shutdown and double line;
Responsibility 2 Responsible for the statistics, classification and tracking of yield data, and regularly summarize, organize quality weekly meeting, monthly meeting and other forms of review;
Responsibility 3 Responsible for identifying and monitoring critical control points to ensure product quality consistency; Responsible for the compliance and closing management of engineering change;
Responsibility 4 Responsible for organizing continuous improvement activities.
Responsibility 5 Assist the department head to continuously improve the management of the unit.

Job requirements

教育水平 ：大专以上学历
Major and Title: optoelectronics or related major
hands-on background ： At least 5 years related working experience
Knowledge and skills:
(1) Master the requirements of ISO9001 system;
(2) Familiar with and use quality techniques and tools;
(3) Familiar with semiconductor and package manufacturing process.
